This patient has lost a lot of weight however she still wants to get rid of some more fat. Due to her weight loss she has some loose skin, that lipo will not be able to get rid of. However Dr. Gartner will be able to transfer the fat he removes from her back, abdomen and waist, into her butt to give her a fuller and rounder shape.
